What Rapidbot is and how to get started.
Rapidbot gives you a fully managed OpenClaw server. You subscribe, we provision and maintain the infrastructure, and you configure your bot from a simple dashboard.
From checkout to a running bot
- Pick a plan on the pricing page and choose how you want to pay for AI usage: our AI credits or your own provider API key. That choice is fixed for the life of your server.
- Claim your purchase with the code we email you. See Signing in.
- Complete the setup wizard: your channels, your AI provider, and optional SSH keys. See Setting up your server.
- Launch. Provisioning takes 2 to 5 minutes. You can watch the progress on the dashboard and leave the page while it finishes.
Your server is created when you finish the wizard, not when your payment clears. Until then the dashboard sends you back to the wizard.

These docs cover the Rapidbot hosting side: the dashboard, your server configuration, terminal access, backups, and your account.
A note on OpenClaw docs
Rapidbot handles the infrastructure: the server, uptime, backups, and connectivity. Everything that happens inside the bot (conversation flows, agents, knowledge bases, integrations, and so on) is handled by OpenClaw.
For anything specific to OpenClaw (setting up flows, managing agents, configuring integrations), refer to the OpenClaw documentation. These docs will not cover those topics.
