Signing in
Rapidbot has no passwords. You sign in with a 6-digit code we email you, and your account comes with your first purchase.
Claiming your purchase
After your payment goes through, the checkout page asks you to finish setting up your account:
- We send a sign-in code to the email address you used at checkout.
- Enter the code on that page.
- Your account is created, your purchase is attached to it, and you land on the setup wizard.
You do not need to keep the page open for the payment to register. If you close it, go to Sign in and enter the same address: the purchase attaches itself to the account the moment that address is verified.
Wrong email at checkout
If you mistyped your address, select Not your email address? on the checkout page, enter the address you meant to use, and select Update and resend. We move the purchase to the new address and send a fresh code there.
This works only before anyone claims the purchase. Once an account holds it, contact us to have the address changed.
Signing in later
- Go to Sign in and enter your email address.
- Select Sign in. We send you a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code.
You stay signed in for 60 days on that browser.
If the dashboard reads Get started with Rapidbot right after you paid, your payment is still landing. Wait a few seconds and reload the page.
If it still says that after a minute, your purchase is on a different address from the one you signed in with. Select Sign out from the user menu and sign back in with the address you used at checkout. If you cannot work out which one that was, contact us and we can find the purchase from the payment.
