Overview
The dashboard is your main control panel. It shows the state of your server and gives you the actions you need most often. Select Refresh in the top right to pull fresh status without reloading the page.
Dashboard states
Before your server is running, the dashboard shows one of these instead of the cards below:
- Get started with Rapidbot: no server is attached to this account. If you have just paid, your payment is still landing, so reload in a few seconds. If you paid a while ago, check that you signed in with the address you used at checkout. See Signing in. If you have not subscribed, start from the pricing page.
- Setting up your server: provisioning is under way (2 to 5 minutes), with a progress list. You can leave the page.
- Server error: provisioning failed. Select Retry, or Contact us if it keeps failing.
- Couldn't load server status: we could not reach your server's status. Select Retry.
If your subscription is active but you never finished the setup wizard, the dashboard sends you to it. See Setting up your server.
Server status
Live information about the machine, with a health badge in the header: Healthy, Degraded, Unhealthy, Starting up, or Unknown.

Channels
Which messaging platforms your bot listens on. Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack each have a permanent row with their own actions, and Add channel opens the catalog of everything else.
At least one channel is required. The card shows a Required badge until one is connected. See Channels.
AI model
Your billing mode, provider, model, and whether an API key is stored. Select Set AI model (or Change AI model once configured) to change any of it.
An AI provider is required. The card shows a Required badge until setup is complete. See AI model.
AI credits
Shown only if you bought AI credits at checkout. It carries your monthly remaining balance, your reserve, the next cycle date, and the controls for changing your allowance or topping up. See AI credits.
Custom domain
Elite only. Point your own domain at your OpenClaw dashboard. On other plans the card shows an upgrade prompt. See Custom domain.
OpenClaw dashboard
Your OpenClaw URL and the gateway token that logs you into it. Select Open OpenClaw dashboard to open it in a new tab, or copy the URL to bookmark it. See OpenClaw dashboard.
Quick actions
Three buttons and a toggle:
- Restart server: reboots the whole machine. Expect a few minutes of downtime. Use it when the server itself stops responding.
- Restart OpenClaw: restarts the bot process only. Faster, with a brief interruption. Use it when OpenClaw misbehaves and the server is otherwise fine.
- Update OpenClaw: installs the latest release. The server restarts when the update finishes.
- Auto-update: install new OpenClaw releases as they ship.
All three buttons ask for confirmation, and neither restart deletes your bot's memory. See Updates.
Web terminal
Opens a browser terminal on your server, with the username and password to sign in to it. No SSH key needed. See SSH access.
SSH access
The ssh command for your server and the public keys allowed to use it. Select Add keys or Update keys to manage them. See SSH access.
Tailscale
Elite only. Join your server to your Tailscale network with an auth key. On other plans the card shows an upgrade prompt. See Tailscale.
